Enhanced Resident Leadership Program
About
The Enhanced Resident Leadership Program for adult and pediatric neurologists is designed to identify, train, and nurture a highly selected group of 10 residents in adult neurology and five residents in child neurology who have the motivation, drive, and potential to be future Academy leaders. The program will provide the recipients with the opportunity to augment their education, training, and network by attending educational and scientific CME programming at the AAN Annual Meeting.

Meeting Registration
Five (5) nights hotel during the AAN Annual Meeting in San Diego, CA
Airfare
Customized Experience: Required and suggested programming and events to attend to increase engagement with content and colleagues to create a unique Annual Meeting experience
Mentorship by an established neurologist
Eligibility
Fourth-year adult residents and fifth-year child residents in USA or Canada can apply. Priority will be given to chief residents.
The resident must demonstrate a commitment to neurological teaching, education, and/or community service.
The resident must be an AAN member at the time that the scholarship is awarded.
The resident is interested in active leadership involvement in the AAN.
Selected recipients will serve as mentors to recipients of the Medical Student Annual Meeting Scholarships
